Mr. Martyn L Barnes FRCS-ORL MD MSc
Consultant Rhinologist, Southend university hospital.
Martyn first trained with Paul White and Quentin Gardiner in Dundee, Scotland.
He took fellowships in facial plastics with Dirk Jan Menger and Nolst Trenité in Amsterdam, and in Advanced FESS & anterior skullbase surgery with Richard Douglas, Salil Nair, and Mike Davison in Auckland, New Zealand.
Martyn founded and currently chairs, editing the Rhinology atlas. He has a life-long interest in information technology.

Dr. Pavol Surda
Rhinology Fellow at St George´s University Hospital
Pavol is a Rhinologist robustly trained in the Czech Republic with a vast international experience. He took a Rhinology fellowship with Abbad Toma in St George's Hospital, London and will begin Skullbase / advanced Rhinology fellowship in Amsterdam with Prof. Wytske Fokkens in July 2015. Mrs Kate Heathcote MBBS FRCS ORL-HNS
Kate is a laryngology consultant at Poole General Hospital.  She undertook laryngology fellowships at the RNTNE in London and in Rouen, France.  Her special interest is Laryngeal Reinnervation and the introduction of these techniques into the UK. As a council member of the BLA she is keen to promote specialist training in laryngology.

Mr Jaiganesh Manickavasagam MBBS FRCS ORL-HNS
Jai Manick is the Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon in Ninewells Hospital and medical school Dundee. He is a Hon. Senior teacher of Dundee Medical School.  He is the lead head and neck and thyroid surgeon with clinical interests in Laser surgery and endoscopic thyroid and parathyroid surgery. 
His clinical practice is devoted to benign and malignant diseases of the head and neck, including the mouth, throat, voice box, neck, salivary glands and the thyroid gland. He is one of few surgeons in the United Kingdom with expertise in Transoral Robotic Surgery and Transoral Laser Microsurgery for head and neck cancers.
His research portfolio is primarily comprised of projects in head and neck, rhinology and skull base. His research output is exemplified by over 25 peer reviewed publications, 35 national and international presentations and 2 book chapters.
He is also funder organiser of Dundee FRCS ENT VIVA course and co-founder organiser for Dundee ENT LASER course. He is closely associated with ENTMASTERCLASS which is novel teaching platform for otolaryngology training and teaching.
He is very keen on innovation, published and designed few new surgical techniques and new devices respectively. He is a keen cyclist and admires nature.

Richard Douglas MD, FRACS, FRACP, MRCP
Rhinologist, Auckland, Gillies and North Shore Hospitals, Auckland, New Zealand
Associate Professor, Department of Surgery, The University of Auckland
Richard is a rhinologist with particular interest in endoscopic sinus and medial skull base surgery. He trained and practised as a clinical immunologist and allergist before undertaking training in ORL.
His research interests include the role of bacteria in the pathogenesis of chronic rhinosinusitis, and postoperative interventions and clinical outcomes after sinus surgery.

Mr. Salil Nair MD, FRCS ORL-HNS
Consultant Rhinologist and Anterior Skull Base Surgeon, Auckland University Hospitals
Salil currently works in Auckland. He completed a fellowship with Professor PJ Wormald in 2001 and worked as a consultant ORL surgeon in the UK before moving to New Zealand in 2011.

Michael is a Rhinologist with interests in Rhinoplasty, Facial Plastics and Endoscopic sinus surgery. He has been a member of the Auckland skull base team since 1997.

Mr Abbad Toma FRCS ORL-HNS
Abbad Toma is a Consultant Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) and Facial Plastic Surgeon appointed to St George's Hospital and Kingston Hospital NHS Trusts. From 2001 to 2004 he was Lead Clinician of the Ear, Nose and Throat department at St Georges Hospital. 
He gained specialist training in Rhinology and endoscopic sinus surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, USA and Switzerland. After training with eminent Facial plastic surgeons in the UK, he gained further experience in Facial plastic surgery in Switzerland and France as Fellow of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.
His research interests are in Rhinology including rhinitis and advanced endoscopic sinus surgery. His special interests in addition to general adult and paediatric ENT are rhinology including Endoscopic sinus surgery & Facial plastic surgery.

Mr Mehmet Manisali MBBS FRCS ORL-HNS
Mehmet Manisali was born in in Istanbul in 1958. He finished English High school in Istanbul in 1977. Having qualified from Bristol University Dental school in 1982 he then obtained a Masters degree in University of London. He completed his medical studies in the same university in 1992. In year 2000 he became a specialist in maxillofacial surgery and was appointed as a consultant to St. George’s Hospital,University of London and Croydon University Hospital. His main areas of interest are management of facial trauma, facial aesthetic surgery including orthognathic surgery, surgery of the orbit and management of facial skin cancer.
